Indianapolis Gay Pride Parade

Saturday, June 13, 2015

Downtown Indianapolis
Corner of Mass Ave and College Ave. to the Indianapolis Public Library
All Ages Event • Free and Open to the Public • Starts at 10am

Indy’s first Pride Parade featured one float, an antique truck, a few drag queens, some antique cars, and a handful of walking groups. The parade lasted approximately 15 minutes. We have re-christened the parade after the Indy Pride Bag Lady alter-ego of Gary Brackett — the person who started it all! This year, the Cadillac Barbie IN Pride Parade is poised to be the biggest yet, with over 100 amazing units mixed between walking groups, vehicles, and floats.

We are extremely pleased to announce your 2014 Parade Presenting Sponsor: The Alexander Hotel.

AlexanderLogo_BWThe Alexander is a game-changing ‘art’ hotel. Though new to Indianapolis, it has already received awards and accolades across the nation: #6 in Trip Advisor’s list of Best New Hotels for 2013, Boutique Design’s Most Experimental Hospitality Project for 2013, and a Gold Key Award finalist for Excellence in Hospitality Design chief among them. The Alexander will also serve as the official hotel of CCIN Pride 2014.

Reserve your pride room at The Alexander for a discounted rate of $139 using the official 2014 Indy Pride dedicated booking website, now available, or at the alternate URL.
